The Recruitment Process of Wipro is similar to other IT companies. But the thing is, the Online Test Pattern for all the IT companies are different from one another. Let’s have a look at the Wipro Recruitment Process in detail.

The recruitment process of the Wipro company contains 3 rounds.
1. Offline or Online Test
2. Technical Interview
3. HR Interview

Candidates should know that the Online Assessment Test for Wipro Off Campus varies from branch to branch. Wipro Recruitment Process for B.E/ B.Tech Freshers
The Online Assessment Test for B.E/ B.Tech freshers comprising of 3 sections:
- Verbal & Analytical Aptitude Test (30 questions/ 45 minutes)
- Programming Test (45 minutes)
- Written Communication Test (20 minutes)
This test will help us evaluate the skill set of a candidate to recognize any bugs in a given code and correct them. The Programming Test based on the following types of questions.
Candidates have to correct the syntax of the given code without changing its logic.
Candidates have to fix all logical errors in the given code.
Candidates have to complete the given code by reusing existing functions/ helper code.
Upon selection in the Online Test, candidates will be required to go through Technical Interview followed by HR interview.
Wipro Selection Process for BA/ BBA/ BBM/ BMS/ B.Com/ B.Sc/ BCA Freshers
The Selection Process for the freshers with these qualifications contains the following rounds.
- Aptitude Test: Candidates have to solve the questions on Verbal Ability, Analytical Ability, Quantitative Ability (Each section has 20 minutes/ 20 questions)
- A written Test to check the communications (20 minutes)
- Technical Interview
- HR Interview
