Accenture Recruitment Process For Freshers Campus Selection Drives

Accenture Recruitment Process: Accenture conducts pool campus recruitments in two ways. The first one is direct recruitment by Accenture itself and the second type is through third Party consultancy like eLitmus. As per the latest information, Accenture is conducting Off-Campus Drives through eLitmus (Talent Acquisition Company). Now we are discussing the Accenture recruitment process and the selection process.

Accenture Recruitment Process Through eLitmus

Elitmus is a Talent Acquisition company that conducts placement test as a third party and provide opportunities to fresher’s to get jobs in the top IT companies. To appear for the eLitmus exam or ph test you have to first register on the eLitmus website. The eLitmus Test/ Ph test is constituted of three parts:

1. Quantitative Aptitude, 
2. Verbal Reasoning (English), and 
3. Logical Reasoning

Each Question in the exam carries 10 Marks. 
Quantitative Aptitude – 20 Questions – 200 Marks 
Verbal Reasoning (English) – 20 Questions – 200 Marks 
Logical Reasoning – 20 Questions  – 200 Marks
During the Test, you can start from any section you want and switch in between the sections where each section contains 20 questions. Based on the eLitmus qualification score, you are called for the next rounds of interview. The further rounds are Technical and HR Interview. These rounds are conducted by the Accenture itself.

Accenture Direct Recruitment Process

The Accenture Selection Process for freshers is quite faster when compared with the experienced. In order to participate in the Accenture direct pool campus recruitments, you are required to have minimum eligibility criteria. Candidates are required to have a minimum of 60% throughout their academics. 

If the number of candidates registered for the drive is more than expected,  then we can expect extra GD/ JAM round in the selection process along with the Written Test, Technical Interview and HR Interview.
